Chickpea suppliers may grow in the future years ahead. However, the chickpea consumption across the United States is lags so far behind the Asian countries that imports more than half of the American chickpea production among which greater portion is grinded into gram flour or powder that is the main ingredient of the staple foods such as Nimco noodles, candies, and fritters pancakes.
