What next after NPK?

My first application of fertilizer is NPK in my Maize and Riçe farm. Next application shall be another NPK or Urea?

What will one apply next after NPK was first applied on my maize and rice farm,also the time interval between the first application and the second application .

Hi Mohd, In my case I apply NPK 3-4 weeks after planting and Urea 3 weeks after. Rice farm is urea all through.
